SATURDAY Women's Wellbeing Event Innsworth

Join us for a morning of mindful movement, reflection and wellbeing designed to help you slow down, reconnect and breathe a little deeper.

We will begin with a gentle Pilates session suitable for all abilities. There will also be a transformational speaker and coach from our community. In addition, we will be joined by a Tropic Skincare agent with a chance to try some products. So a full pamper session with a nourishing lunch.

This is a space to step away from the demands of everyday life and be reminded to take a little time for yourself. Come as you are and perhaps bring along a friend. We would love to welcome you. 🧘 ✨ 🌿
