Calling all parents and adorable little ones! Join us for a rejuvenating Parent and Babies Pilates session.

We've got the mats covered, and feel free to bring along your baby's favourite toys to keep them happily entertained while you focus on some well-deserved self-care. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and bonding time. Sessions running at the Innsworth Community Hall. Sessions are £4.50. See you there! 🤱🧘‍♀️👶

Session led by Abbie, a Level 3 qualified Pilates Instructor with additional training in prenatal and postnatal care, who loves helping people feel stronger and more confident.
