Calling all parents and adorable little ones! Join us for a rejuvenating Parent and Babies Pilates session.

We've got the mats covered, and feel free to bring along your baby's favourite toys to keep them happily entertained while you focus on some well-deserved self-care. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and bonding time. Sessions running at the Innsworth Community Hall. Sessions are £4.50. See you there! 🤱🧘‍♀️👶

Our 'Open to All' pricing brings this session to you at a subsidised price as we support all people to move more with us.

Led by Abbie - Pilates Instructor Level 3 with additional training in prenatal and postnatal care
